Our Mission
We promote equal access to employment opportunities, transparency, accountability, and economic inclusion on publicly funded Capital Improvement Projects and large private construction and development projects throughout the Sacramento region.
Our approach is fact-based, research-driven, and solution-oriented. We believe complex workforce issues are best addressed through collaboration, data analysis, and constructive civic engagement rather than confrontation.
